Dr. Arcot S. Premkumar
Dr. Premkumar joined the practice in 1981. He completed medical school at Bangalore Medical College in Bangalore India. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at St Francis Medical Center (Affiliate of Hahneman Medical College of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), Trenton, New Jersey and his Pulmonary Fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He has devoted his life and career to caring for the pulmonary needs of the greater Phoenix and Arizona community.
Dr. Cameron Dick
Dr. Dick joined our practice in 1999. He completed medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1989. He received his internal medicine residency training at Banner Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and Carl T Hayden V.A. Medical Center Phoenix, Arizona, followed by Chief Resident, and later Pulmonary / Critical Care fellowship training at the University of California, Irvine/Long Beach V.A. Medical Centers. He was in private practice in Long Beach, California for 4 years before returning to Phoenix in 1999. As a representative of our practice, he is also actively involved with Banner University Medical Center medical staff as the current Vice chief and incoming Chief of Staff and Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Arizona, College of Medicine.
Dr. Sunil Santhanakrishnan
Dr. Santhanakrishnan joined our practice in 2003. He completed medical school at Stanley Medical College in Madras, India. He received his internal medicine residency training at Jacobi Medical Center affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York and his Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center affiliated to Albert Einstein College of Medicine Bronx, New York. In addition to his pulmonary and critical care practice, he has de3veloped a focused interest in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary hypertension which includes various speaking engagements throughout the year. He holds a faculty position as Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Arizona, College of Medicine.
Dr. Grigory Horonenko Jr.
Dr. Horonenko joined our practice in 2006. He completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, CA. He completed his internal medicine residency at Maricopa County Medical Center, Phoenix and his Pulmonary/ Critical Care Fellowship at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital/ Carl T. Hayden V.A Medical Center, Phoenix. He is also Medical Director at Select Specialty Hospital and Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Arizona, College of Medicine.
Erin Lostracco
Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing ,Cum Laude from Arizona State University, Phoenix, Arizona in May 2012. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner, Magna Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix Arizona in October 2020. She is a member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Erin is the mother of 3 beautiful children. In her spare time Erin loves spending time with her family, as well as running Ultra marathon.
