Covid-19 Telemedicine Protocols
We will be offering telemedicine appointments to our patients. Patients must call our office to schedule their appointment. In addition, please make sure that you complete the two following steps before your telemedicine appointment:
1. Fill out the online virtual attestation.
2. Download the Zoom app to your smartphone.
Simple search for “Zoom” in your app store on your smart phone and download. One your appointment is made over the phone you will receive an email with a time for your appointment and a link to click on. At your appointment time, click on your email and it will automatically open your zoom app on your smartphone and will connect you to your doctor.

Our physicians are board certified in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine, and are on the forefront of medical research and state of the art care. Our physicians hold faculty appoints with the University of Arizona, College of Medicine – Phoenix campus and are closely involved with the medical education of internists and pulmonologists in training and Banner University Medical Center –Phoenix. We strive to provide a convenient and accessible health care experience with initial testing within our office, including chest x-rays, pulmonary function testing, and lab work.
