Dr. Dick, Dr. Santhana, Dr. Horonenko and Erin, our nurse practitioner, as well as many of our staff are joining Banner Health.
On May 1, 2024, we will start seeing patients at the Banner Health Center Plus – Arcadia at 4200 E Camelback Rd.
Going forward, when calling the Arizona Center for Chest Disease office phone number, your call will be forward to our new location within Banner Health. The same number will also provide prompt options to redirect you if you have billing questions related to service received as ACCD at our prior location on 40th St.
